Warranty

Merit Home (Onn Studio) Clocks makes the following limited warranties .These limited warranties extend to the original consumer/purchaser.

Merit Home (Onn Studio) Clocks warrants to the Consumer that this product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original retail purchase. The obligation of Merit Home (Onn Studio) Clocks under this limited warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at Merit Home (Onn studio) Clocks discretion, of this product.

Note: It is important to keep the original purpose made packaging to eliminate damage during return transportation.

Exclusions to this limited warranty are unauthorised repairs, mishandling of the product including removal from the packaging, abuse and/or misuse of the product, modifications to product/components, damage to the products and/or its components, damage beyond regular use, damage during installation, damage by environmental situations and/or any acts by god.

In no event shall Merit Home (Onn Studio) clocks be liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damage, whether arising in contract or tort.
